“I have been so accustomed (unhappily) to meeting some kind of workout time quota because I’ve been educated that ‘it is what is deemed healthy.’ At times 30 mins of intensive cardio is too much for me, but I’d push anyway. I’ve done this while clueless about where I am in my own cycle. I’d feel worn out rather than energized after a workout! Thanks for giving me permission to empower myself to listen to my body!”
